If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return undamaged merchandise in the original packaging, including any promotional items such as cases, eyeglass cords, etc. We only ask that the item is in new condition. Shipping and handling charges, along with a 15% restocking charge apply. *Prescription lenses are not returnable.
Prescription Eyewear
Prescription eyewear usually takes approximately 1 week providing that we have the frame and lenses in stock. The turn around time for an item currently not in stock could be from 2 to 3 weeks. Please be aware that sometimes a vendor places an item on back order or even discontinues it completely. We will contact you in case of this event.
Prescription Remakes
Remake of lenses within the first 30 days, due to doctors prescription change will be remade at 50% of regular retail charge.
Lens Scratches
No lens is scratch proof. Scratch resistance coating is no a guarantee against scratching. It only improves the ability to resist scratching.
Shipping
Shipping services will be provided by U.S.P.S. (US Postal Service) unless otherwise requested.
International Orders
Due to variances in exporting regulations we reserve the right to service our customers in the continental USA only.

Insurance Coverage
Although we do not accept any insurance programs directly, we do supply an itemized receipt that may be used to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most plans pay certain amounts for each item (lenses and frames) and usually exceeds our discount price. Therefore, you might not have any out of pocket expense.
