Prescription Information:

You will need to provide us with your current spectacle prescription from you optometrist or ophthalmologist. Normally a spectacle prescription is good for 2 years, although this duration is determined by your doctor.

P.D.

P.D. is the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil to the other. For an adult, this should be approximately 55-65.

Base Lens Price All lenses are CR-39® plastic lenses. All lens prices and options are price per pair.	$30.00

1.56 High Index Lenses A high efficiency lens that bends light more effectively therefore reducing lens thickness	$40.00

Scratch Resistance Coating A transparent coating applied to the lenses to greatly improve the lenses ability to resist scratches.	$5.00

Ultra-Violet Protection A transparent coating that blocks nearly 100% of the ultraviolet rays from penetrating the lens.	$5.00

Transistions Lenses® A factory applied property that gives a plastic lens the ability to lighten and darken to adjust to surrounding lighting conditions.	$20.00

Lens Tinting: Light cosmetic tinting is available in Brown or Grey.	$5.00

Sunglass Density: Sunglass Density tinting is available in Brown or Grey.	$10.00
